Bank OZK customers can use Zelle
To get started with Zelle, log into your Bank OZK mobile banking app or online banking. In the app, go to the main menu and select "Send Money with Zelle." For online banking, click on the “Bill Payment” tab and then select the “Send Money with Zelle” option at the top of the page. To send money, simply select someone from your mobile device's contacts or enter the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile number.
If you have received a payment via Zelle, the money will automatically move into your bank account within minutes if you have already enrolled with Zelle. If you have not yet enrolled, click on the link provided in the payment notification and select Bank OZK. Follow the instructions provided to enroll and receive your payment. Make sure to enrol with the same email address or U.S. mobile number where you received the payment notification to ensure you receive your money.
